自2019年3月在非洲建成第一个鲁班工坊以来,非洲鲁班工坊建设致力于打造中非职教合作标杆项目,取得了卓越成绩。鲁班工坊合作项目由点到面且布局不断优化,专业设置对接需求且与合作国产业高度契合,服务功能走向多样且得到合作国高度认同。同时,在建设中形成了以下基本经验;坚持人类命运共同体构建的价值追求,坚持共研共建共享共用共赢的合力机制,坚持满足合作国本土化技术技能人才需求,坚持推动中非产能合作与合作国经济社会的高质量发展,坚持探索学校、企业和政府等多方联动合作。未来,非洲鲁班工坊建设,将持续跟进和主动服务重大外交战略,持续深化“五业联动”在建设中的指导作用,持续优化区域布局和区域中心建设,持续对接非洲发展战略优化内涵建设,持续服务经济社会重点领域高质量发展。

Since the construction of the first Luban Workshop of Africa in March 2019,the construction of the Luban Workshop in Africa has been committed to building a benchmarking project for China-Africa vocational education cooperation and has achieved remarkable results.The layout of cooperation projects of Luban Workshop is from point to surface,which has been continuously optimized.The speciality settings meet the needs and are highly compatible with the industries of partner countries.The service functions become diverse and are highly recognized by partner countries.Meanwhile,the following basic experience has been formed during the construction:adhere to the value pursuit of building a community with a shared future for mankind;adhere to the resultant force mechanism of joint research,joint construction,shared benefits,use in common and win-win results;adhere to meeting the needs of localized technical and skilled talents in partner countries;adhere to promoting the high-quality development of China-Africa production capacity cooperation and economic and social development of partner countries;adhere to exploring multi-party cooperation of schools,enterprises and governments.In the future,the construction of Luban Workshop in Africa will continue to follow up and actively serve major diplomatic strategies,continue to deepen the guiding role of the"five-aspects linkage of industry,sector,enterprise,occupation and speciality"in the construction,continue to optimize the regional layout and regional center construction of Africa,continue to coordinate with African development strategies and optimize the connotation construction,and continue to serve high-quality development in key economic and social areas.
