甘肃省枸杞中二氧化硫残留量测定与分析

摘要 对甘肃省枸杞主产区的289份干制枸杞进行二氧化硫残留测定。结果表明:干制枸杞中二氧化硫合格率为100%,甘肃省枸杞主产区的枸杞中二氧化硫残留整体处于较安全水平。对比白银、武威、酒泉的检出情况发现,武威干制枸杞中二氧化硫平均含量显著高于白银,白银显著高于酒泉;白银市各县、武威市各县(区)、酒泉市各县(市)干制枸杞的二氧化硫含量无显著差异。 This article conducts sulfur dioxide residue determination on 289 dried lyceum chinensis from the main production area in Gansu Province.The detection rate was 100%,the residual sulfur dioxide in lyceum chinensis in the main producing areas of Gansu Province are generally at a relatively safe level.Compared with the results of the main production areas of Baiyin,Wuwei,Jiuquan,it was found that the average content of sulfur dioxide in lyceum chinensis in Wuwei is significantly higher than Baiyin,and Baiyin is significantly higher than Jiuquan;There is no significant difference in the sulfur dioxide content among counties in Baiyin,Wuwei,and Jiuquan.
