农村数字经济能促进农业绿色发展吗?

Can Rural Ddigital Economy Promote the Green Development of Agriculture?

基于2012—2021年中国省级面板数据,采用熵值法对农村数字经济和农业绿色发展水平进行测度,在此基础上实证分析农村数字经济对农业绿色发展水平的影响及作用机制。研究发现:农村数字经济显著促进了农业绿色发展水平的提升;机制分析表明,农业信贷在农村数字经济与农业绿色发展中发挥中介作用,即农村数字经济可通过提升农业信贷水平间接促进农业绿色发展;异质性分析发现,农村数字经济对粮食主产区和非粮食主产区以及东中西部的农业绿色发展水平的影响存在差异;门槛检验表明,农村数字经济对农业绿色发展水平表现为非线性影响,只有当农村数字经济发展水平跨越门槛值后,农村数字经济对农业绿色发展水平的促进效应才得以凸显。

Based on China’s provincial panel data from 2012 to 2021,this paper uses entropy method to measure the rural digital economy and agricultural green development level.Based on this,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of rural digital economy on agricultural green development level and its mechanism.The findings are as follows:The rural digital economy significantly promoted the improvement of the level of agricultural green development,and the conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests.Mechanism analysis shows that agricultural credit plays an intermediary role in rural digital economy and agricultural green development,that is,rural digital economy can indirectly promote agricultural green development by improving the level of agricultural credit.Heterogeneity analysis found that the impact of rural digital economy on the agricultural green development level of major grain-producing areas and non-major grain-producing areas as well as the eastern,central and western regions was different.Threshold test shows that the rural digital economy has a non-linear impact on the level of agricultural green development.Only when the development level of rural digital economy crosses the threshold value,the promotion effect of rural digital economy on the level of agricultural green development can be highlighted.
