基于DPSIR模型的江西省生态文明建设评价及障碍因子分析

摘要 生态文明建设是协调经济发展与生态环境的重要举措。本文基于DPSIR模型构建指标体系,运用熵值-TOPSIS法和障碍度模型对2015年、2018年、2021年江西省进行市域生态文明建设评价和障碍因子分析。结果表明,近年来,江西省生态文明建设水平整体发展呈上升态势。2015—2018年全省生态文明建设处于稳步上升阶段;2018—2021年处于快速上升阶段。2015—2018年,综合评价指数增长率较高的城市主要分布在赣中地区,分别为萍乡、宜春、抚州、景德镇;2018—2021年,综合评价指数增长率较高的城市主要有上饶、宜春和吉安。研究期间,江西省“DPSIR”因素层指标变化情况如下:驱动力D持续增强,压力P缓慢减小,状态S快速改善,影响I波动变化,响应R低速增强。目前,经济实力和生态社会响应是江西省生态文明建设的关键障碍因素。根据以上研究结论,本文提出大力发展生态产业、建设基础设施完备有地域特色的生态乡镇、加强环境治理技术和全面改善环境的建议。 Ecological civilization construction is an important measure to coordinate economic development and ecological environment.This paper builded the DPSIR model evaluation index system,and used Entropy-TOPSIS method and the obstacle degree model to evaluate urban ecological civilization construction of Jiangxi Province and analyzed obstacle factors in 2015,2018 and 2021.The results showed that in recent years,the overall development of ecological civilization construction in Jiangxi Province showed an upward trend,and the ecological civilization construction in Jiangxi province was in a steady upward stage from 2015 to 2018.The period from 2018 to 2021 was a rapid rise.From 2015 to 2018,the cities with high growth rate of comprehensive evaluation index were mainly distributed in the central region of Jiangxi,including Pingxiang,Yichun,Fuzhou and Jingdezhen.From 2018 to 2021,the cities with high growth rates of the comprehensive evaluation index were mainly Shangrao,Yichun and Ji'an.The change of"DPSIR"factor layer index in Jiangxi Province during the study period:the driving force D continued to increase,the pressure P slowly decreased,the state S improved rapidly,the influence I fluctuation changed,and the response R enhanced at low speed.At present,economic strength and eco-social impact were the key obstacles to ecological civilization construction.According to the above research conclusions,this paper put forward the suggestions of vigorously developing ecological industries,constructing ecological towns with complete infrastructure and regional characteristics,strengthening environmental governance technology and improving the environment in an all-round way.
