智能纺织品在纺织工程中的设计与制造研究

摘要 智能纺织品是一种具有电子功能的纺织品,可以感知、处理和响应外部刺激,从而实现与人体和环境的交互。智能纺织品在医疗健康、运动健身、军事防务等领域具有良好的应用前景,但也面临着一些技术和非技术方面的挑战。文章从纺织工程的角度系统研究了智能纺织品的设计与制造,包括材料选择、结构设计、功能集成、制造技术等方面,并以医疗健康、运动健身、军事防务为例,介绍了智能纺织品的应用,探讨了智能纺织品的发展趋势和面临的挑战,并提出了一些解决方案和建议,旨在为智能纺织品的创新应用提供理论基础和思路。 Intelligent textiles are a type of textile with electronic functions that can perceive,process and respond to external stimuli,thereby achieving interaction with the human body and environment.Intelligent textiles have good application prospects in fields such as medical health,sports and fitness,military defense,etc.,but also face some technical and non-technical challenges.This paper systematically studies the design and manufacturing of intelligent textiles from the perspective of textile engineering,including material selection,structural design,functional integration,manufacturing technology,etc.Taking medical health,sports and fitness,and military defense as examples,it introduces the application of intelligent textiles,explores the development trends and challenges faced by intelligent textiles,and proposes some solutions and suggestions,aiming to provide theoretical basis and ideas for the innovation application of intelligent textiles.
