摘要
为解决丘陵区玉米机械化收获问题,对自走式玉米收获机的传动机构、转向机构及底盘架构进行优化,设计出自走式玉米收获机械同轮径小转径敏捷转向系统。结果表明,使用同轮径小转径敏捷转向系统制备的玉米收获机在丘陵区作业的适用性和通过性良好,作业效率高,作业质量较好,并通过科学示范及推广,在丘陵区得到了广泛应用。该机具不仅能够节省人工成本,还能够释放劳动力,提高经济效益和社会效益的同时,也保护了生态环境。
To solve the problem of mechanized harvesting of corn in hilly areas,experiments were conducted to optimize the transmission mechanism,steering mechanism,and chassis structure of self-propelled corn harvesting machinery.A same wheel diameter small turning radius agile steering system for self-propelled corn harvester was designed.The results show that the corn harvester equipped with the same wheel diameter small turning radius agile steering system is suitable and has good passability for work in hilly areas,with high work efficiency and good work quality,and has been widely used in hilly areas through scientific demonstration and promotion.The machine can not only save labor costs,but also release labor,improve economic and social benefits,at the meanwhile protect the ecological environment.
