摘要
辽阳市以保障粮食产能、恢复耕地地力、促进黑土耕地资源持续利用为核心,在适宜耕作区大力推进实施保护性耕作。介绍辽阳市保护性耕作实施现状和主要技术模式,分析实施保护性耕作中遇到的问题,并提出加强组织领导、强化政策引领、推进高标准应用基地建设等实施对策。
With ensuring grain production capacity,restoring cultivated land fertility and promoting the sustainable utilization of black soil cultivated land resources as the core,Liaoyang city vigorously promotes the implementation of conservation tillage in suitable tillage areas.The article introduces the current situation of conservation tillage implementation and the main technical models in Liaoyang City,analyzes the problems encountered in the implementation of conservation tillage,and proposes strategies,such as strengthening organizational leadership,enhancing policy guidance,and promoting the construction of high-standard application bases.
