Exploration on the Path of Talent Cultivation in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

乡村振兴战略的深入实施亟须具备农业科学知识、农村经济管理能力及社会工作能力的复合型人才。从乡村振兴的实际需求出发,总结优化高等教育人才培养目标的引领作用,提出高校可以通过构建“产政学”三方融合平台、跨学科融合教育、始终贯彻乡村振兴教育和实践教育贯穿全程等路径,以培养出更具竞争力和社会责任感的新农科复合型人才。

The in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is in urgent need of compound talents with agricultural scientific knowledge,rural economic management ability and social work ability.This article,starting from the actual needs of rural revitalization,summarizes the guiding role of optimizing talent cultivation objectives in higher education,and puts forward that universities can cultivate more competitive and socially responsible new agricultural science compound talents by establishing"industry-governmentuniversity"integrated platforms,implementing interdisciplinary integrated education,and ensuring that rural revitalization education and practical teaching are integrated throughout the entire educational process.
