摘要
本文研究了智能化技术在有轨电车客运组织中的应用与效果,并以北京有轨电车西郊线为例进行具体分析。通过运用客流分析技术、智能调度系统和实时数据监控等手段,使西郊线在红叶观赏季期间成功提高了运营效率、优化了客流管理、增强了旅客体验,并建立了信息安全和反馈机制的基础。这一案例为智能化技术在有轨电车的推广积累了经验,可为提升有轨电车智能水平和服务质量提供借鉴。
This paper studies the application and effect of intelligent technology in tram passenger transport organization,and takes the western suburbs line of Beijing tram as an example for specific analysis.Through the use of passenger flow analysis technology,intelligent dispatching system and real-time data monitoring,the Western Suburbs Line has successfully improved operational efficiency,optimized passenger flow management,enhanced passenger experience,and established the foundation of information security and feedback mechanism during the autumn foliage season.This case has accumulated experience for the promotion of intelligent technology in trams,and can provide reference for improving the intelligent level and service quality of trams.
