蒸发冷却式冷水机组热岛效应研究

摘要 蒸发冷却式冷水机组应用于实际工程时,排风气流易倒流至进风口,从而产生热岛效应,影响机组性能。在相同进风风量、进风入口温湿度的条件下,数值模拟研究蒸发冷却式冷水机组在不同排风百叶角度下的压力分布、温度分布和速度分布等流动特性,得到排风气流组织和空间流场分布较佳状态下的排风百叶角度,并进行工程现场测试验证。结果表明:排风百叶角度不低于30°时,理论上可避免热岛效应发生;工程应用推荐排风百叶角度为45°,应对突发状况时冗余系数更高。 For evaporative cooling water chillers in engineering applications,the exhaust airflow is easily sucked in the air inlet,resulting in heat island effect,affecting the performance of water chillers.Under the same intake air volume and inlet temperature & humidity,numerical simulation is conducted to study the flow characteristics,such as pressure distribution,temperature distribution,and velocity distribution under different exhaust louver angles.The corresponding exhaust louver angle is obtained under optimal exhaust airflow organization and spatial flow field distribution,and it is verified through on-site engineering testing.The results show that when the exhaust louver angle is not less than 30°,it can avoid the formation of heat island effect theoretically;45° is recommended as the exhaust louver angle in the engineering application,so as to deal with unexpected instances with a higher redundancy coefficient.
