摘要
某空分设备平衡梁的吊耳与两侧加筋板之间围成的区域,由于积水发生腐蚀。采用许用应力法对平衡梁进行线性结构计算,采用有限元方法对吊耳结构进行非线性静态分析。根据计算结果,平衡梁吊耳腐蚀修复后,在各工况载荷(原设计的5种型式)作用下,吊耳强度均满足使用要求。此外,给出了平衡梁吊耳的修复方案与制造、施工要求。
Corrosion occurred in the area enclosed between the lifting lugs of the balance beam of a certain air separation equipment and the reinforced plates on both sides due to water accumulation.This paper uses the allowable electric power method to perform linear structural calculations on the balancing beam,and uses the finite element method to perform non-static analysis for the lifting lugs structure.According to the calculation results,after the corrosion repair of balance beam lifting lugs,the strength of the lifting lugs meets the usage requirements under the action of various working condition adapters(the original five types of designs).In addition,the repair plan and manufacturing and construction requirements for the balancing beam lifting lugs are provided.
