摘要
随着国家持续深入推进“互联网+政务服务”改革,不动产抵押登记的“一站式”服务改革也进入攻坚时期。本文论述了“互联网+不动产登记”服务模式的实施背景和技术实现;介绍了“总对总”系统对接和“点对点”服务延伸2种对接模式,以及取得的应用成效。基于银行视角分析银行网点“互联网+不动产登记”服务存在的风险隐患与防控措施,提出优化建议与改进方向,为提升信贷业务的风险防控能力、促进营商环境持续优化、政务服务提质增效提供参考和借鉴。
As the country continues to promote the reform of"Internet+government services",the"one-stop"service reform of real estate mortgage registration has also entered a critical stage.This paper first discusses the implementation background and technical realization of"Internet+real estate registration",introduces two interaction patterns of"total to total"system jointing and"point to point"service extension and the obtained application effect.Further this paper analyzes the risks and hidden dangers in the process of mortgage registration from the perspective of banks,puts forward corresponding suggestions,and points out the possible future improvement direction.We hope to provide references to further enhance the risk prevention and control ability of credit business,improve the business environment and increase the quality and effectiveness of government services.
