健康教育在幽门螺杆菌感染患者康复中的应用价值

Application Value of Health Education in the Rehabilitation of Patients with Helicobacter pylori Infection

目的:分析在幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染患者的康复护理中,对患者实施健康教育产生的积极促进作用。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年9月遵义市播州区人民医院确诊的Hp阳性患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理方式,观察组在对照组基础上应用健康教育护理模式。比较两组Hp转阴率、健康行为评分、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组Hp转阴率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组心态良好、规律用药、科学饮食评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:健康教育护理模式应用于Hp阳性患者,有助于提高Hp转阴率与健康行为评分,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To analyze the positive promotion effect of implementing health education for patients in the rehabilitation care of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infected patients.Methods:Ninety cases of Hp-positive patients diagnosed in Zunyi Bozhou District People's Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with forty-five cases.The control group implemented conventional nursing mode,and the observation group applied health education nursing mode on the basis of the control group.Compare the Hp conversion rate,health behavior score,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results:The Hp conversion rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the scores of the observation group for good mentality,regular medication,and scientific diet were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).Conclusion:The application of health education nursing model to Hp-positive patients helps to improve the Hp conversion rate and health behavior scores,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
