优质护理在床旁超声引导下留置鼻-肠管患者中的应用效果观察

Application Effect of High-quality Nursing in Patients with Indentured Naso-intestinal Tube under Ultrasound Guid⁃ance at Bed Side

目的:观察优质护理在床旁超声引导下留置鼻-肠管患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年9月衡阳市中心医院收治的重症患者70例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。两组患者均实施床旁超声引导下留置鼻-肠管,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予优质护理。比较两组置管情况、营养指标、不良事件发生率。结果:观察组鼻-肠管到达胃部时间、鼻-肠管到达幽门时间、总插管时间短于对照组,一次置管成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);拔管时,两组血红蛋白高于置管前,对照组铁蛋白低于置管前,观察组血红蛋白、铁蛋白高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。结论:优质护理在床旁超声引导下留置鼻-肠管患者中的应用效果理想,可有效缩短置管时间,提高一次置管成功率,改善营养指标,降低不良事件发生率。

Objective:To observe the effect of high-quality nursing in patients with indentured naso-intestinal tube under ultrasound guidance at bed side.Methods:A total of seventy critically ill patients admitted to Hengyang Central Hospital from December 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with thirty-five cases in each group.Both groups underwent an indwelling naso-intestinal tube guided by bedside ultrasound.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing on the basis of control group.The catheterization,nutritional indexes and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of naso-intestinal tube reaching stomach,naso-intestinal tube reaching pylorus and total intubation time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the success rate of one catheterization was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at extubation,hemoglobin in two groups was higher than before catheterization,ferritin in control group was lower than before catheterization,and hemoglobin and ferritin in observation group were higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing in patients with naso-intestinal catheterization guided by ultrasound at bed is ideal,which can effectively shorten the catheterization time,increase the success rate of one catheterization,improve nutritional indexes,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
