Objective:To investigate the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with three-dimensional volumetric imaging in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions. Methods:One hundred and thirty-two patients with suspected endometrial lesions admitted to Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from January 2019 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and all of them were implemented transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,three-dimensional volumetric imaging technology, and combined examination.Pathologic diagnosis was used as the"gold standard"to compare the examination results and diagnostic efficacy. Results:Pathological diagnosis showed that one hundred and thirty-two patients with suspected endometriosis were diagnosed in one hundred and fourteen cases. The sensitivity and accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with three-dimensional volumetric imaging were higher than that of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and three-dimensional volumetric imaging, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of the diagnostic specificity of the three examination methods showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound technology combined with three-dimensional volumetric imaging technology in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions is of high value, and can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
