糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是常见的糖尿病并发症之一,临床发病率较高,严重影响患者的生活质量。DPN的中医主要病机是气阴两虚、痰瘀阻络。中医从整体出发,病证结合,对治疗DPN具有独特优势。文章通过对中药辨证施治、中医针刺治疗、穴位注射、中药熏洗及其他疗法进行论述,以期为DPN的治疗提供更全面的临床依据。

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is one of the common complications of diabetes mellitus with high clinical incidence,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The main pathogenesis of DPN in Chinese medicine is deficiency of Qi and Yin,phlegm and stasis obstruction.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a unique advantage in treating DPN by taking a holistic approach and combining disease and evidence.The article discusses TCM evidence-based treatment,TCM acupuncture treatment,acupoint injection,TCM fumigation and other therapies,in order to provide a more comprehensive clinical basis for the treatment of DPN.
