人工智能赋能肺结节的临床决策

Artificial intelligence empowers clinical decision making in pulmonary nodules

摘要 随着肺结节检出率越来越高,肺结节临床管理的规范化对实现肺癌的早诊早治至关重要。近年来,人工智能(AI)关于肺结节的研究在诊疗及预后分析中不断深入,AI对医学图像的处理分析以及整合多模态数据的能力使得AI在肺结节的临床管理决策中发挥着越来越大的价值。本文旨在探讨AI在辅助肺结节多个临床决策方面的研究现状。 With a growingly increased detection rate of pulmonary nodules,standardization of clinical management for pulmonary nodules is crucial for achieving early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.In recent years,research on pulmonary nodules using artificial intelligence(AI)has been deeply and extensively involved in the diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of lung cancer.The ability of AI to process and analyze medical images,as well as integrate multimodal data,has increasingly demonstrated its value in making clinical management decisions regarding pulmonary nodules.This article aims to explore the current status of AI in assisting various clinical decisions about pulmonary nodules.
