摘要
为了满足水下通信系统多通道信号传输的需求,进行了高耐电压低串音多通道水密通信电缆的研制。通过镀锡铜线绞合交联聚乙烯绝缘对称线、铜丝编织分屏蔽和总屏蔽、阻水带绕包层、各个构成元件阻水胶填充、镀锌钢丝增强层、聚氨酯弹性体护套的结构设计和材料选型,阻水材料与绝缘材料相容性和纵向水密工艺技术的研究,确保了电缆耐电压、串音衰减和纵向水密等性能。经测试,该电缆具有优异的多通道数据传输性能和较高的通信可靠性,电缆极佳的纵向水密性能可保证水下设备在电缆破裂或断裂等事故状况下也具有一定的安全性。该电缆对于各类水下通信系统具有较高的工程应用价值。
In order to meet the requirements of multi-channel signal transmission in underwater communication systems,a high withstand voltage and low crosstalk multi-channel watertight communication cable has been developed.Through the structural design and material selection of tin plated copper wire twisted cross-linked polyethylene insulated symmetrical wire,copper wire braided individual shielding and total shielding,water blocking tape wrapped layer,various components filled with water blocking glue,galvanized steel wire reinforcement layer,polyurethane elastomer sheath,and the research of compatibility between water blocking materials and insulation materials,and longitudinal water tightness process technology,the cable's withstand voltage,crosstalk attenuation,and longitudinal water tightness performance are ensured.After testing,the cable has excellent multi-channel data transmission performance and high communication reliability.The excellent longitudinal water tightness performance of the cable can ensure the safety of underwater equipment in the event of cable rupture or breakage.The cable has high engineering application value for various underwater communication systems.
