宇航用穿舱光纤连接器气密封设计技术研究

Research on Gas Seal Design Technology of Space Penetration Optical Fiber Connector

摘要 为了解决光纤在极限高低温、高剂量辐照等空间环境下穿舱气密封高可靠性技术难题,通过任务需求分析、国内外技术途径对比,经综合试验验证情况,采用了金属化光纤焊接气密封技术途径,通过开展气密封结构设计、焊区可靠性评估、无损检测等设计技术研究,解决了空间环境下多芯光纤穿舱高可靠气密封性问题,满足空间在轨工程使用要求。研制的宇航用穿舱光纤连接器产品目前在轨运行良好。该技术可拓展应用于深空探测、卫星、深海、核试验等工程领域的密封舱光纤穿舱传输。 In order to solve the technical problems of high reliability of the gas seal of optical fiber under the space environment such as extreme high and low temperature and high dose irradiation,through task requirement analysis,comparison of domestic and foreign technical approaches,and comprehensive test verification,the metal fiber welding gas seal technology is adopted,and the design technology of gas seal structure design,welding zone reliability evaluation and non-destructive testing are studied.It solves the problem of high reliable gas sealing of multi-core fiber through the cabin in space environment,and meets the requirements of space engineering in orbit.The developed optical fiber connector for spaceflight is running well in orbit at present.The technology can be extended to the sealed cabin optical fiber transmission in deep space exploration,satellite,deep sea,nuclear test and other engineering fields.
