摘要
镀银芳纶纤维是一种新型导电复合材料,既具有芳纶纤维基材的轻质、高强、阻燃、柔韧等性能,又具有金属镀层材料的优异导电性能。通过相关材料性能测试、编织工艺试验、电缆性能测试,对镀银芳纶纤维在轻型电缆中的应用进行了深入研究。研究结果表明,目前国产镀银芳纶纤维的制作技术水平已基本接近进口镀银芳纶纤维,尤其是国产镀银芳纶纤维编织轻型电缆的传输性能(电压驻波比和衰减)已基本与进口镀银芳纶纤维编织轻型电缆的一致,并且在温度相位稳定性方面更优于常规镀银铜丝编织轻型电缆。
The silver plated aramid fiber is a new type of conductive composite material,which not only has the lightweight,high strength,flame retardancy,flexibility and other properties of aramid fiber substrate,but also has excellent conductivity properties of metal plated materials.Through relevant material performance tests,braiding process tests,and cable performance tests,in-depth research is conducted on the application of silver plated aramid fibers in lightweight cables.The research results indicate that the current production technology level of domestically produced silver plated aramid fibers is basically close to that of imported silver plated aramid fibers,especially the transmission performance(voltage standing wave ratio and attenuation)of domestically produced silver plated aramid fiber braided lightweight cables is basically the same as that of imported silver plated aramid fiber braided lightweight cables,and in terms of temperature phase stability,it is better than conventional silver plated copper wire braided lightweight cables.
