摘要
海缆接续工装设备是维护和保障海底光缆通信线路的重要手段。为了能够快速有效地实施海底光缆故障修复,同时为海底光缆通信系统的正常工作提供稳定、可靠的技术保障,展开了海缆多功能接续平台的自主研究和设计。通过对海缆多功能台架和活动支撑架及相应配套工具的设计,该海缆多功能接续平台可满足各型金属铠装海缆及接头设备的接续,以及非金属柔性海缆的接续。通过采用先进的模块化、集成化技术,优化结构设计,该海缆多功能接续平台具备了小型化、操作便捷性、可扩展性好以及便于拆卸、组装、运输及贮存等特点。该海缆多功能接续平台既可配套于海缆船又可安装于陆上厂房,应用前景广阔。
The submarine cable splicing equipment is an important means of maintaining and ensuring submarine optical fiber cable communication lines.In order to quickly and effectively implement repair of submarine optical fiber cable faults and provide stable and reliable technical support for the normal operation of submarine optical fiber cable communication systems,the independent research and design of a multifunctional splicing platform for submarine cables have been carried out.Through the design of the multifunctional submarine cable platform,movable support frame,and corresponding supporting tools,the multifunctional submarine cable splicing platform can meet the splicing of various types of metal armored submarine cables and joint equipment,as well as the splicing of non-metallic flexible submarine cables.By adopting advanced modular and integrated technologies and optimizing structural design,the multifunctional submarine cable splicing platform has the characteristics of miniaturization,easy operation,good scalability,and easy disassembly,assembly,transportation,and storage.The multifunctional submarine cable splicing platform can be matched with submarine cable ships and installed in onshore factories,with broad application prospects.
