采用动压轴承的高速液氮离心潜液泵设计

Design of a high-speed centrifugal submersible liquid nitrogen pump with hydrodynamic bearing

摘要 针对低温流体泵小型化和潜液的需求,提出了一种基于液体动压轴承的高速液氮离心潜液泵的新结构。建立高速离心式液氮潜液泵的设计方法,着重探讨了低比转速离心泵的水力部件设计、液氮动压轴承开发、两级增压泵内轴向力平衡等关键环节。采用CFD仿真软件对液氮潜液泵的叶轮流道流动状态进行数值分析,结果表明增加诱导轮可提高泵的汽蚀性能,泵的水力性能结果符合设计预期,通过数值模拟和实验结果对比分析验证了泵设计的准确性和可靠性,为小型低温流体泵送应用提供参考。 This study addressed the need for miniaturization and submersion capabilities in cryopumps by proposing a new structure for a high-speed centrifugal submersible liquid nitrogen pump based on hydrodynamic bearings.It established a design methodology for high-speed centrifugal submersible liquid nitrogen pumps,focusing on critical aspects such as the hydraulic component design of low-specific speed centrifugal pumps,the development of liquid nitrogen hydrodynamic bearings,and the balancing of axial forces in two-stage booster pumps.A numerical analysis of the flow domains in the impeller passage of a submersible liquid nitrogen pump was conducted using CFD simulation software.The results indicate that addition of an inducer can enhance the pump's cavitation performance,and the hydraulic performance of the pump meets the design expectations.The accuracy and reliability of the pump design are validated through a comparative analysis of numerical simulations and experimental results,providing a reference for the application of small-scale cryogenic fluid pumping.
