摘要
力传感器校准结果能够真实反应传感器的状态,但当力传感器接入系统出现故障时,试验加载会存在加载精度失真和试验失效的隐患,对力传感器校准故障预测能够有效保证试验安全性和可靠性。传统上基于校验误差的排故流程检测效率较高.但排故效率偏低。本文提出了一种基于专家系统的校准误差分析与故障预测方法.研究结果表明.以故障预测为参考排故效率明显提升。
The calibration result of the force sensor can truly reflect the state of the sensor.however.when the force sensor access system fails,there are hidden danger of loading accuracy distortion and test failure during test loading.the failure prediction of force sensor calibration can effectively ensure the safety and reliability of the test,the traditional trouble shoot-ing process based on calibration error has high detection efficiency,however,the troubleshooting efficiency is low,based on this,a calibration error analysis based on expert system and fault prediction method is proposed by this paper.the research results show that the significant improvement in troubleshooting efficiency based on fault prediction.
