基于㶲概念的转油站用能分析与节能研究

摘要 为实现转油站用能单元的详细分析及能耗优化,将转油站分为站内系统和站外系统两部分,依据㶲概念计算了不同系统的㶲损、㶲效率及各设备的㶲损系数,对薄弱设备的㶲损来源进行了深入分析;建立了以㶲损最小为目标函数的用能优化模型,在温度、压力等为约束条件前提下,利用非线性交叉因子和变异因子改进的遗传算法实现了优化求解。结果表明,转油站的站内系统具有较大的㶲损和较低的㶲效率;加热炉的㶲损系数最大,内部㶲损中冷却过程和传热过程的㶲损系数变化较大,外部㶲损中排烟过程和散热过程的㶲损系数较大;改进遗传算法在迭代至47次时,可达到收敛状态,优化后掺水温度和掺水流量均有不同程度的下降,预计全年可节约运行费用157.56万元。研究结果可为同类转油站的用能优化提供实际参考。 In order to realize the detailed analysis and energy consumption optimization of energy consumption units for oil transfer station,the oil transfer station is divided into two parts including the in-station system and out-of-station system.The exergic loss,exergic efficiency and exergic loss coefficient of different systems and weak equipment are calculated based on the exergic loss concept.The optimization model with the exergic loss minimum as the objective function is established.Under the constraint conditions of temperature,pressure and so on,the improved genetic algorithm with nonlinear cross factor and variation factor is used to achieve optimal solution.The results show that the in-station system of oil transfer station has a larger exergic loss and a lower exergic efficiency.The exergic loss coefficients of heating furnace are the largest,and the exergic loss coefficients of cooling process and heat transfer process vary greatly in internal exergic loss,while those of smoke exhaust process and heat dissipation process are larger in external exergic loss.When the improved genetic algorithm is iterated to 47 times,it can reach the convergence state.After optimization,the water blending temperature and water blending amount are reduced to different degrees.It is estimated that the annual operating cost can be saved by 1575600 yuan.The research results can provide practical reference for the energy consumption optimization of similar fuel transfer stations.
