原油管道顺序输送节能运行优化技术研究

摘要 为实现输油计划一定前提下原油管道顺序输送的运行优化,在离散时间表达式的基础上,建立了沿程外输泵电费和加热炉燃料费最低的目标函数,考虑不同时间步下的泵站特性约束、管道压力约束、流量约束和温度约束等,对于重要节点的时间步采用动态规划算法求解,对于其余常规时间步采用自适应遗传算法求解,结合实例进行算法验证和分析。结果表明,优化后,各站在不同时间步的开泵数量均降低,且有备用;部分站在部分时间步可以停运加热炉,实现热力越站;与原运行方案相比,月节约耗电量439.2×10^(4)kWh,月节约耗油量1605.6 t,月节约运行费用871.2万元,求解时间仅为0.21 h,满足计算精度和计算效率的要求。 In order to realize the operation and optimization of sequential transmission of crude oil pipeline under a certain premise of oil transmission plan,the objective function of the lowest electricity charge of the external transport pump and the fuel cost of heating furnace along the route is established based on the discrete time expression.Considering the constraints of pump station characteristics,pipeline pressure,flow and temperature constraints under different time steps,the dynamic programming algorithm is adopted to solve the time steps of important nodes.The other conventional time steps are solved by adaptive genetic algorithm,and the algorithm is verified and analyzed with examples.The results show that after the optimization,the number of pumps in different time steps of each stations is reduced,and there is a reserve.The heating furnace can be stopped in partial time steps to realize the thermal overrunning of the station.Compared with the original operation scheme,the power consumption is saved by 439.2×10^(4 )kWh,the fuel consumption is saved by 1605.6 t,the monthly operating cost is saved by 8.712 million yuan,and the solution time is only 0.21 h,which meets the requirements of calculation accuracy and calculation efficiency.
