机采系统优化设计软件应用与评价

摘要 为进一步摸索降低游梁式抽油机井单井能耗,提高游梁式抽油机井系统效率的高效途径,开展了机采系统优化设计软件现场应用。通过对比该优化方式与常规优化技术的参数差异,对检泵作业可优化调整的泵径、冲程和冲次等参数进行了深入细致的分析,建立软件模型,得出“大泵径、长冲程、低冲次”的设计理念,通过软件对生产井进行模拟优化。现场优化460口井,平均节电率达到34.18%,游梁式抽油机系统效率升高了11.92个百分点,取得了较好的节能效果,年创经济效益675.08万元,机采系统优化设计软件的应用为检泵井优化设计提供了手段。 In order to further explore efficient way to reduce the energy consumption of single well in beam pumping unit wells and improve the efficiency of beam pumping unit well systems,the field application of optimal design software for mechanical mining systems was carried out.By comparing and analyzing the parameter differences between optimization method and the conventional optimization design technology,the parameters of pump diameter,stroke and stroke rate that can be optimally adjusted for pump checking operation are analyzed in depth and the software models are established.The design concept of"large pump diameter,long stroke and low stroke rate"is analyzed and the simulation and optimization of production wells are carried out by the software.A total of 460 wells have been implemented,with an average power saving rate of 34.18%,and the system efficiency of beam pumping well has been increased of 11.92 percentage points,which achieves good energy conservation results and creats economic benefits of 6750800 yuan per year.The application of optimization and design software for mechanical mining system provides a means for the optimal design of check pump well.
