炉况自动优化装置在油田加热炉中的应用

摘要 针对某采油厂加热炉在实际工作中遇到的问题,探讨了加热炉效率的影响因素。对一种加热炉炉况自动优化装置进行试验,该装置通过自动调节系统实现过剩空气系数的精确控制,提高燃烧效率,减少热损失。试验结果显示,在不同负荷率下,安装此装置的加热炉关键指标均有所提升,热效率平均提升2个百分点,试验的两台加热炉装置年可节约天然气11.27×10^(4)m^(3),可创造经济效益16.91万元,预计投资回收期为1.30年。此外,该装置还具备直观显示界面和便捷操作方式,提升工作效率的同时确保了工作环境的安全可靠。加热炉炉况自动优化装置在提升加热炉效率、降低能耗及创造经济效益方面表现出显著优势,为我国原油加热炉的节能改造提供了有力支持。 Aiming at the problems in the actual work of heating furnace in an oil production plant,the influencing factors of the heating efficiency of heating furnace have been discussed.Especially,the automatic condition optimization device of heating furnace has been tested,which can control the excess air coefficient precisely through the automatic adjustment system,improve the combustion efficiency and reduce the heat loss.The test results show that under different load rates,the key indexes of the heating furnaces installed with this device are improved,and the thermal efficiency is increased by 2%on average.The two test heating furnace units can save 11.27×10^(4)m^(3)of natural gas annually,and can create 169100 yuan of economic benefits.The expected investment payback period is 1.30 years.In addition,the device also has an intuitive display interface and convenient operation mode,which improves work efficiency and ensures a safe and reliable working environment.Even more to the point,the automatic furnace condition optimization device of heating furnace has shown remarkable advantages in improving the efficiency of heating furnace,reducing energy consumption and creating economic benefits,which provides a strong support for the energy conservation transformation of crude oil heating furnace in China.
