影响联合站集输系统平稳运行因素探讨

摘要 A联合站是某采油厂北部油田的枢纽站,其集输系统主要担负着站内、外站以及卸油点来液处理任务,其中外站来液量占全站日总来液量的80%,这部分来液直接进“五合一多功能处理器”进行分离、脱水,直接产出净化油。在实际生产过程中,由于压裂返排液、老化油、卸油点来液以及收油工艺不完善等因素的影响,经常出现脱水器垮电场、输差大、污水沉降罐油层厚度大等影响集输系统平稳运行的状况,而集输系统运行是否平稳直接影响下游污水和注水系统。针对这一问题,通过分析来液成份、“五合一多功能处理器”油水中间过渡层组成、生产管理等因素,找出影响集输系统平稳运行的主要原因,并制定出相应的解决措施,措施后年可节约老化油用电及老化油耗气各类费用21.8287万元,最终保证集输系统运行平稳。 A combined station is a junction station in the north of an oil production plant,whose gathering and transportation system is mainly responsible for the liquid separation and handling tasks of inside station,external stations and oil unloading area.The liquid amount from external stations accounts for 80%for total daily volume of the entire station.This part of the liquid is directly fed into the"five-in-one multifunctional processor"for separation and dewatering,and purified oil.In the actual production process,due to the effects of fracturing liquid,aging crude oil,liquid from the oil unloading area,and imperfect oil collection process,there are frequent impacts on the smooth running condition of the gathering and transportation system such as collapsed electric field of dehydrator,large transmission difference,large thickness of oil layer in sewage settling tank.The smooth operation of the gathering and transportation system directly affects the downstream sewage and water injection system.To solve this problem,the composition of liquid and the composition of the oil-water transition layer in“five-in-one multifunctional processor”,and production process are analyzed to find out the reasons influencing the gathering and transportation system and to take some measures for the stable operation.After the measures,the annual saving of electricity for aging oil and gas consumption for aging oil is 218287 yuan,which ultimately ensures the smooth operation of the gathering and transportation system.
