摘要
相变调温面料是将相变材料与纺织工艺相结合形成的一种可以自动调节温度的纺织品,同时利用有限元技术可以改变传统的设计生产模式。通过有限元软件对相变调温面料的设计流程模拟预测调温面料的调温效果。首先利用AI平面设计软件对图案进行设计,然后通过SolidWorks拉伸操作将其转化为三维模型导入有限元软件中进行模拟仿真分析。同时利用有限元软件模拟不同相变区域面积、不同厚度、不同环境温度下的相变调温面料的调温功能,达到在降低成本的同时为设计人员提供新的设计思路与优化流程的目的。
Variable temperature fabric is a kind of textile that can automatically adjust the temperature by combining phase change material with textile.At the same time,the traditional design and production mode can be changed by using finite element technology.The design process of phase change thermo-regulated fabric was carried out by finite element software,and the temperature regulation effect of thermo-regulated fabric was simulated and predicted.Firstly,the pattern was designed by AI graphic design software,and then transformed into three-dimensional model by SolidWorks stretching operation and imported into finite element software for simulation analysis.At the same time,the finite element software was used to simulate the temperature regulation function of phase change fabrics with different phase change area,different thickness and different ambient temperature,so as to provide new design ideas and optimization processes for designers while reducing costs.
