中间层材料对双层立式瓦楞结构轻质复合门隔声性能的影响研究

Effect of Interlayer Materials on Sound Insulation Performance of Double-layer Vertical Corrugated Structure Lightweight Composite Doors

摘要 研究了不同中间层材料对5层结构(纤维板+立式瓦楞板+中间层+立式瓦楞板+纤维板)双层立式瓦楞结构轻质复合门门扇用门板隔声性能的影响。结果表明,不同中间层材料制作的轻质复合门门板在不同频率表现出不同的隔声性能;对比金属箔、阻尼毡、橡胶、纤维板、铝塑板、轻木和软木7种中间层材料的门板隔声量曲线和计权隔声量,发现由纤维板、橡胶或阻尼毡作为中间层的立式瓦楞复合门板隔声性能显著高于其他材料,复合门板计权隔声量最高达到33.4 dB。 The effect of different interlayer materials on the sound insulation performance of five-layer(fiberboard+vertical corrugated board+interlayer+vertical corrugated board+fiberboard)double-layer vertical corrugated composite door panels was investigated,and the results showed that:lightweight composite door panels made from different interlayer materials showed different sound insulation performance at different frequencies;the sound insulation curves and weighted sound insulation performance of seven types of interlayer materials,namely,metal foil,damping felt,rubber,fiberboard,aluminum-plastic board,balsa wood,and cork,were compared.Comparing the sound insulation curves and weighted sound insulation of the door panels made of seven kinds of intermediate layer materials,it was found that the sound insulation performance of vertical corrugated composite door panels made of fiberboard,rubber or damping felt as the intermediate layer was significantly higher than that of the remaining materials,and the weighted sound insulation of the composite door panels reached a maximum of 33.4 dB.
