摘要
以干燥状态下使用的家具型刨花板作为研究对象,对比分析了其在同一温度(20℃)、不同相对湿度(10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%)条件下的纵向静曲强度和横向静曲强度测试值。研究发现环境湿度对刨花板的纵向静曲强度和横向静曲强度测试结果均有显著影响,当环境相对湿度从10%增加到50%,刨花板静曲强度测试值呈现增大趋势,但随着环境湿度的继续提高,刨花板的静曲强度测试值呈现明显的下降趋势。
The longitudinal and transverse modulus of rupture(MOR)test values of of furniture grade particleboard used in dry conditions were compared and analyzed under the same temperature(20℃)and different relative humidities(10%,20%,30%,40%,50%,60%,70%,80%,90%).It was found that environmental humidity had a significant impact on the longitudinal and transverse MOR test results of particleboard.When the environmental relative humidity increased from 10%to 50%,the MOR test values of particleboard showed an increasing trend,but as the environmental humidity continued to increase,the MOR test values of particleboard showed a significant decreasing trend.
