亲生物城市规划与设计的理论源起和实践进展

Theoretical Origins and Practical Progress of Biophilic Urban Planning and Design

在追溯亲生物城市主义理论源流的基础上,提出亲生物城市规划与设计的内涵,通过多个典型案例归纳近年来亲生物城市规划与设计实践在“空间的方法——融入自然的规划设计”“功能的方法——经由自然的规划设计”“共生的方法——与自然共享的规划设计”3个主要方向上的进展,并阐述了亲生物城市规划与设计的控制指标、综合管控和公众参与等治理探索。在此基础上,结合我国的具体条件,从规划与设计观转变、方法应用与创新、规划与设计机制创新3个方面提出融合亲生物城市主义思想提升规划与设计实践的建议。

Tracing back the theoretical origins of biophilic urbanism,the connotation of biophilic urban planning and design is put forward,and the progress of biophilic urban planning and design practice in recent years is summarized in three main directions:"spatial method—planning and design integrated with nature","functional method—planning and design through nature"and"symbiotic method—planning and design shared with nature".Furthermore,the exploration of biophilic planning and design governance are also expounded,such as control indicators,comprehensive management and public participation of biophilic cities.In consideration of China's specific conditions,suggestions are proposed from three aspects:the transformation of planning and design concept,the application and innovation of methods,and the innovation of planning mechanism,so as to improve urban planning and design with biophilic thoughts.
