摘要
对豉香型白酒进行了节能蒸馏研究,开发了一种酒汽再生蒸汽装置。该装置通过回收白酒蒸馏沸腾阶段酒汽的潜热产生二次蒸汽,再用生蒸汽对二次蒸汽压缩做功获得20~30 k Pa的再生蒸汽,再生蒸汽返回蒸馏釜内使用,可节省白酒蒸馏蒸汽35%以上,节水36%以上,且该节能装置采用常压蒸馏,不降低蒸馏白酒的品质。
The energy-saving distillation of Chixiang Baijiu is studied,and a steam regeneration device is developed.By utilizing the latent heat of the liquor steam in the boiling stage of Baijiu distillation,the secondary steam is generated.And then the secondary steam is compressed with the raw steam to obtain 20 kPa to 30 kPa regenerative steam.The device can save over 35%steam and over 36%water.The device adopts atmospheric distillation,which does not reduce the quality of Baijiu.
