白酒中氰化物快检方法的验证研究

摘要 对酒类全自动氰化物快速仪测定酒中氰化物的方法进行了验证研究,同时研究了碱解时间、稀释倍数等前处理条件对检测值的影响,并应用该方法对浓香型和酱香型2种香型白酒进行了加标实验。结果表明,白酒中氰化物在0~200μg/L线性范围内,相关性良好(r^(2)>0.999);检出限为0.38μg/L,样品加标回收率为88.29%~103.19%。该方法测定结果准确、稳定性较好,与国标中分光光度计法相比,明显提高了检测效率,简化了前处理步骤,可适用于白酒中氰化物的检测。 In this study,the detection method of cyanide in Baijiu by rapid automatic cyanide detector was verified.The influence of pretreatment conditions such as alkaline hydrolysis time and dilution ratio on the detection value was studied.The method was then used in the standard addition experiment on Jiangxiang Baijiu and Nongxiang Baijiu.The results showed that the linearity range of cyanide concentration was from 0 to 200μg/L,and the correlation was good(r^(2)>0.999);the detection limit was 0.38μg/L and the spiked recovery rate was 88.29%to 103.19%.The method is accurate and stable.Compared with the national standard spectrophotometer method,the automatic cyanide detector has significantly improved the detection efficiency and simplified the pretreatment procedures.In conclusion,this method can be applied to the determination of cyanide in Baijiu.
