帕金森患者定量脑电图、血压变异性变化及其与认知功能的相关性分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Quantitative EEG and Blood Pressure Variability Changes and their Correlation with Cognitive Function in Parkinson's Patients

摘要 目的:分析帕金森患者定量脑电图、血压变异性变化及其与认知功能的相关性。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年10月宜都市人民医院就诊的88例帕金森患者作为研究对象,采用简易智力精神状态量表(MMSE)对其认知功能进行评分,根据评分结果分为认知障碍组(35例)和非认知障碍组(53例)。采用帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)比较两组患者的精神状态、日常生活活动、运动检查以及运动并发症发生情况,比较两组患者的定量脑电图(额区、中央区、颞区、顶区、枕区)功率谱比值以及血压变异性(24 h平均收缩压及其标准差、24 h平均舒张压及其标准差),并采用Person相关性分析对定量脑电图功率谱比值、血压变异性变化与认知功能的相关性进行分析。结果:两组患者UPDRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。认知障碍组患者额区、中央区、颞区、顶区、枕区功率谱比值均低于非认知障碍组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Person相关性分析结果显示,定量脑电图功率谱比值与血压变异性均与帕金森患者的认知功能有相关性。结论:发生认知障碍的帕金森患者定量脑电波功率比值和血压变异性与未发生认知障碍的帕金森患者相比有明显差异,且上述指标与帕金森患者的认知功能存在显著相关性。 Objective:To analyze changes in quantitative EEG and blood pressure variability and their correlation with cognitive function in Parkinson's patients.Method:88 Parkinson's patients admitted to Yidu People's Hospital from June 2022 to October 2023 were selected as study subjects.Their cognitive functions were scored by using the Brief Mental State Exercise Scale(MMSE),and according to the scoring results,they were categorized into the cognitively impaired group(35 cases)and the non-cognitively impaired group(53 cases).The Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)was used to compare the mental status,activities of daily living,motor examination,and motor complications between the two groups.Quantitative EEG(frontal,central,temporal,parietal,occipital)power spectrum coefficient and blood pressure variability(24 h mean systolic blood pressure and its standard deviation,24 h mean diastolic blood pressure and its standard deviation)were compared between the two groups.Correlations among quantitative EEG power spectral ratios,changes in blood pressure variability,and cognitive function were analyzed by using Person.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in the UPDRS scores of the two groups(P>0.05).The frontal,central,temporal,parietal,and occipital regions of patients in the cognitive impairment group were lower than those in the non-cognitive impairment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The result of person analysis showed that both quantitative EEG power spectral ratios and blood pressure variability correlated with cognitive function in Parkinson's patients.Conclusion:Both quantitative brainwave power ratio and blood pressure variability in Parkinson's patients who developed cognitive impairment were significantly different from those in Parkinson's patients who did not develop cognitive impairment,and there was a significant correlation between the above metrics and cognitive function in Parkinson's patients.
