雷贝拉唑联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡的效果

Effect of Rabeprazole Combined with Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

目的:评估雷贝拉唑联合克拉霉素和阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—12月潮州市中心医院收治的200名胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,应用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各100人。两组均接受克拉霉素和阿莫西林联合治疗,其中研究组额外使用雷贝拉唑,对照组则使用奥美拉唑。通过对两组患者的治疗效果、血清炎症因子水平、不良反应发生率进行比较,旨在明确雷贝拉唑在胃溃疡治疗中的作用。结果:研究组总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组在治疗后的白介素-2(IL-2)水平上高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组在治疗后的白介素-6(IL-6)水平上低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应的发生率仅为3.00%,远低于对照组的14.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雷贝拉唑联合克拉霉素和阿莫西林的治疗方案在胃溃疡治疗中表现出显著的临床效果,不仅提高了总体治疗效率,还改善患者的生物标志物水平,并且降低了不良反应的发生率。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of rabeprazole combined with clarithromycin and amoxicillin in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Method:A total of 200 patients with gastric ulcer from Chaozhou Central Hospital from January to December 2022 were enrolled and divided into a study group and a control study by random number table method,with 100 patients in each group.Both groups received clarithromycin and amoxicillin combined therapy,the study group received additional rabeprazole and the control group received omeprazole.The therapeutic effect,serum inflammatory factor levels and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared to clarify the role of rabeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 98.00%,which was higher than that 90.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the level of interleukin-2(IL-2)in the study group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the level of interleukin-6(IL-6)in the study group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of the study group was only 3.00%,much lower than that of the control group(14.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rabeprazole combined with clarithromycin and amoxicillin has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of gastric ulcer,which not only improves the overall treatment efficiency,but also improves the biomarker level of patients and reduces the incidence of adverse reactions.
