个性化身心诉求护理模式对老年2型糖尿病患者的护理效果

Effectiveness of the Personalized Mind-body-appeal Model of Care for Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析个性化身心诉求护理模式对老年2型糖尿病患者的护理效果。方法:选取2022年3月1日—2023年3月31日绵阳市中心医院收治的106例老年2型糖尿病(T_(2)DM)患者作为研究对象,采用数字抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组各53例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用个性化身心诉求护理模式实施护理干预,所有患者连续护理1个月。比较两组患者护理前后血糖[空腹血糖(FBG)、2 h餐后血糖(2 hPG)]及糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平,采用2型糖尿病人生活质量评定量表(DMQLS)与正负性情绪量表(PANAS)评估患者生活质量与情绪状态。结果:护理前,两组患者血糖水平、DMQLS评分、PANAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者血糖水平、DMQLS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者正向情绪评分高于对照组,负向情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化身心诉求护理模式能显著降低老年T_(2)DM患者血糖水平,缓解其负向情绪,改善患者生活质量,增强正向情绪。

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of the personalized mind-body-appeal model of care for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:106 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes(T_(2)DM)admitted to Mianyang City Central Hospital from March 1,2022 to March 31,2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group using a digital lottery,with 53 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing interventions,and the patients in the observation group were treated with personalized physical and mental appeal nursing model to implement nursing interventions,and all patients were continuously cared for for 1 month.Blood glucose[fasting blood-glucose(FBG)],2 h postprandial blood sugar(2 hPG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc)levels before and after care were compared between the two group.The type 2 diabetes mellitus quality of life scale(DMQLS)and positive and negative affective scale(PANAS)were used to assess the patients'quality of life and emotional state.Result:Before nursing,the comparison of blood glucose levels,DMQLS scores and PANAS scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose level and DMQLS score of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive mood scores of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the negative mood scores were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The personalized physical and mental appeal nursing model significantly reduce blood glucose levels,alleviates negative emotions,improves patients'quality of life,and enhance positive emotions in elderly T_(2)DM patients.
