正念支持联合适应技能训练对临时肠造口患者疾病负担、心理韧性和领悟社会支持能力的影响

Effects of Positive Thinking Support Combined with Adaptive Skills Training on Disease Burden,Psychological Resilience and Ability to Appreciate Social Support in Patients with Temporary Enterostomies

摘要 目的:探究正念支持联合适应技能训练对临时肠造口患者疾病负担、心理韧性以及领悟社会支持能力的影响。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年11月南宁市第一人民医院收治的70例临时肠造口患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为常规干预组及联合干预组,每组各35例。常规干预组患者接受一般临床干预以及适应技能训练,联合干预组患者在常规干预组的基础上联合正念支持干预。对比两组患者干预前后的疾病负担量表(FBS)评分、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评分、护理满意度评分以及肠造口相关并发症发生率。结果:干预后,两组患者FBS评分低于干预前,且联合干预组低于常规干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者CD-RISC各维度(坚韧、力量、乐观)评分高于干预前,且联合干预组高于常规干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者客观支持、主观支持以及对支持的利用度评分高于干预前,且联合干预组高于常规干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,联合干预组患者护理满意度评分中健康宣教、操作演示、心理疏导、疑难解答各项评分均高于常规干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合干预组患者肠造口并发症发生率低于常规干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正念支持联合适应技能训练应用于临时肠造口患者,能够显著缓解患者的疾病负担、改善其心理韧性、提高领悟社会支持能力,具有较高的应用价值。 Objective:To investigate the effects of positive thinking support combined with adaptive skills training on disease burden,psychological resilience,and ability to appreciate social support in patients with temporary enterostomies.Method:70 cases of temporary intestinal stoma patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Nanning City from December 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the conventional intervention group and the combined intervention group by using the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional intervention group received general clinical interventions as well as adaptive skills training,and patients in the co-intervention group were given the positive thinking support intervention on the basis of the conventional intervention group.The burden of disease scale(FBS)scores,psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC)scores,social support rating scale(SSRS)scores,nursing care satisfaction scores,and the incidence of colostomy-related complications were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Result:After the intervention,the FBS scores of patients in both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of combined intervention group was lower than that of the conventional intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of CD-RISC dimensions(toughness,strength and optimism)were higher than those before the intervention in both groups,and the scores of the combined intervention group were higher than those of the conventional intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of objective support,subjective support and utilization of support were higher in both groups than those before the intervention,and were higher in the combined intervention group than in the conventional intervention group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of health promotion,operation demonstration,psychological guidance,and difficulty answer in the nursing satisfaction score of patients in the combined intervention group were higher than those in the conventional intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of enterostomy complications in the combined intervention group was lower than that in the conventional intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Positive thinking support combined with adaptive skills training applied to patients with temporary enterostomies can significantly alleviate their disease burden,improve their psychological resilience,and enhance their ability to comprehend social support,which has high application value.
