起重机抗电磁干扰现状及应对措施研究

摘要 随着起重机电气控制技术的发展,起重机的自动化程度越来越高,对设备的抗电磁干扰性能带来越来越大的挑战。目前,起重机领域的抗电磁干扰研究仍处于定性研究阶段,相关的标准规范尚未建立。文中通过对我国起重机抗电磁干扰研究现状的进行调查,结合文献中和实际工作中的实际案例对起重机抗电磁研究进行分析,提出起重机抗电磁干扰的应对措施,为起重机电磁兼容性设计和测试提供依据和参考。 With the development of crane electrical control technology,the automation degree of crane is getting higher and higher,which brings more and more challenges to the anti-electromagnetic interference performance of equipment.Currently,the researches on anti-electromagnetic interference of cranes are mainly qualitative researches,and relevant standards and norms have not yet been established.In this paper,the research status of crane anti-electromagnetic interference in China is investigated,and researches on crane anti-electromagnetic interference was analyzed in combination with the actual cases in literature and practical work,and countermeasures for crane anti-electromagnetic interference are given,which provides a basis and reference for crane electromagnetic compatibility design and testing.
