随着视觉识别技术的不断发展和设备的持续更新,其在各行业和领域的应用日益广泛。文中基于视觉识别技术的储运管控装置及方法结合数字化、信息化、智能化技术,采用视觉识别设备对储库内储运的物料、运载车辆及储库的储存情况进行精准识别,通过储运管控装置及储运管控方法获取物料、运载车辆及储库的数字化信息,进而生成搬运指令并指导搬运装置进行物料自动搬运,实现了储库物料搬运的智能化和无人化,提高了生产的工作效率,降低了储运成本和人力成本,提升了储库储运管理水平。

With the continuous development of visual recognition technique and the continuous updating of equipment,it is widely applied in various industries and fields.In this paper,the storage and transportation management and control device and method based on visual identification technique combined with digital,information and intelligent technologies as well as visual identification equipment can accurately identify the materials stored and transported in the warehouse,vehicles and the storage situation of the warehouse.Digital information of materials,vehicles and warehouses is obtained through storage and transportation control devices and storage and transportation control methods,and then handling instructions are generated and the handling devices are instructed to automatically carry materials,so that the intelligent and unmanned handling of materials in warehouses is realized,the production efficiency is improved,the storage and transportation costs and labor costs are reduced,and the storage and transportation management of warehouses is improved.
