摘要
提出了一种HAZOP-FTA模型对氯化工艺进行危险源辨识。通过将氯化石蜡合成反应釜作为节点进行实例分析,确定了导致偏差的基本事件和中间事件,并根据重要度对事件及防护措施进行了分类,为后续的科学划分分级管控打下了良好的基础,使企业以较低的管理成本获得较高的安全效益。
A HAZOP-FTA comprehensive analysis model is proposed to identify the hazardsources of chlo⁃rination process.By using chlorinated paraffin synthesis reactor as a node for example analysis,the basic events and intermediate events leading to deviation were determined,and they and protective measures were classified according to their importance,which laid a good foundation for the subsequent scientific classification and classification control.It is great significance to enable enterprises obtain higher safety benefits with lower management costs.
