摘要
研究机械锻压加工对β钛合金的拉伸、硬度等力学性能及显微组织的影响。结果表明:β钛合金经锻压后材料的塑性性能良好,硬度值表现为从外到内逐渐降低。金相观察其显微组织外缘晶粒相对均匀、细小,中部晶粒尺寸大且不均匀分布,提示需要进一步精密锻压及热处理使其材料性能得到更好提高。
The effects of mechanical forging on tensile,hardness and microstructure ofβ-titanium alloy are studied.The results show that the plastic properties ofβ-titanium alloy are good after forging,and the hardness value decreases gradually from outside to inside.The grain size at the outer edge of the microstructure is relatively uniform and small,and the grain size in the middle is large and uneven,suggesting that further precision forging and heat treatment are needed to improve the material properties.
