酵母培养物对哺乳羔羊生长性能、血液生化指标及消化功能的影响

Effects of Yeast Culture on Growth Performance,Blood Biochemical Indices and Digestive Function of Suckling Lambs

试验旨在研究开口料中添加酵母培养物(yeast culture,YC)对哺乳羔羊生长性能、血液生化指标及消化功能的影响。选取7日龄努比亚哺乳公羔20只,随机分为2组,每组10只,分别为对照组、试验组。对照组饲喂羊场自用羔羊开口料配方,试验组在对照组饲粮基础上添加5%YC,预试期7 d,正试期26 d。结果表明:两组哺乳羔羊生长性能无显著差异(P>0.05);但试验组哺乳羔羊血液中总蛋白含量、白蛋白含量、总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),丙二醛含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组哺乳羔羊粪便中蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),纤维素酶活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。说明YC对促进哺乳羔羊营养物质消化、改善营养状况、提升抗氧化能力具有积极意义。

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of yeast culture(YC)on growth performance,blood biochemical indexes and digestive function of suckling lambs.Twenty 7-day-old Nubian male suckling lambs were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 10 lambs in each group,which were control group and experimental group.The lambs in the control group were fed the lamb starter formula used by the sheep farm,and the lambs in the experimental group were fed the same diet with 5%YC added.The pre-test lasted for 7 days,and the test lasted for 26 days.The results showed that there was no significant difference in growth performance between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the total protein content,albumin content,total antioxidant capacity and superoxide dismutase activity in the blood of suckling lambs in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the malondialdehyde content was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The activities of protease and lipase in the feces of suckling lambs in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the cellulase activity was extremely higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).It is suggested that YC has positive significance in promoting nutrient digestion,improving nutritional status and enhancing antioxidant capacity of suckling lambs.
