摘要
工业遗产改造在推动城市更新改造、探索老工业城市转型发展新路径以及促进城市高质量发展方面发挥着重要作用。为更全面地把握国内工业遗产保护利用及加固改造的研究进展,以推动工业遗产的可持续发展,对中国知网数据库2002-2023年度的中文文献进行了全面梳理。借助CiteSpace可视化分析工具,系统地揭示了工业遗产改造领域的研究关键词及热点发展方向。通过与国家政策演进的对比分析,将国内工业遗产改造的历程划分为萌芽、起步发展、快速发展及深入研究4个阶段,并对每一阶段的核心研究内容进行了详细剖析。此外,对工业遗产改造的主要方向和应用技术进行了深入研究,发现:在当前工业遗产改造领域,需深化加固改造技术研究与保护利用策略的有机结合,以实现遗址价值的最大化;在推进数字化应用与智慧化运营方面,应聚焦于科技、绿色两大核心要素进行赋能助力,推动工业遗产改造的可持续发展。通过研究,期望为工业遗产改造领域的未来发展提供有益的参考。
Industrial heritage transformation plays an important role in promoting urban renewal and transformation,exploring new paths for the transformation and development of old industrial cities,and promoting high-quality urban development.To comprehensively grasp the research progress of the protection,utilization,and reinforcement of industrial heritage in China,and to promote its sustainable development,Chinese literature from 2002 to 2023 in the CNKI database has been systematically reviewed.Using the CiteSpace visual analysis tool,research keywords and hot development directions in the field of industrial heritage transformation are revealed.Moreover,through comparative analysis with the evolution of national policies,the process of domestic industrial heritage transformation is divided into four stages:germination,initial development,rapid development,and in-depth research,with detailed analysis of the core research contents at each stage.Additionally,the main directions and application techniques of industrial heritage reconstruction are studied in depth.It is found that in the current field of industrial heritage reconstruction,it is necessary to deepen the integration of reinforcement and reconstruction techniques with protection and utilization strategies to maximize site value.In promoting digital applications and intelligent operations,the focus should be on leveraging the core elements of technology and sustainability to empower and promote the sustainable development of industrial site transformation.This research aims to provide a valuable reference for the future development of industrial heritage transformation.
