摘要
以大运河杭钢工业旧址综合保护项目为例,阐述BIM技术在大型工业旧址综合保护项目施工过程中的重要作用。通过运用三维图纸审查、三维场地布置、三维技术交底、三维模拟预演等BIM技术手段,验证施工方案的可行性,进而辅助总包单位实现精细化管理。此外,在钢结构、幕墙等专业领域,通过BIM技术的深化设计,解决埋件碰撞问题,有效降低了既有结构拆除改造的难度,避免了新建结构构件与既有建筑之间的冲突,减少了工程返工现象,从而全面提升了项目施工的整体效益。
Taking the comprehensive protection project of the Grand Canal Hangzhou Iron and Steel industrial site as an example,the important role of BIM technology in the construction process of large-scale industrial site comprehensive protection projects is expounded.Using BIM technology such as three-dimensional drawing review,three-dimensional site layout,three-dimensional technical disclosure,and three-dimensional simulation preview,the feasibility of the construction plan is verified,aiding the general contractor in achieving refined management.Additionally,in the fields of steel structure and curtain wall,the deepening design through BIM technology addresses the collision problems of embedded parts,effectively reducing the difficulty of existing structure demolition and reconstruction.This approach avoids conflicts between new structural components and existing buildings,reduces rework phenomena,and enhances the overall efficiency of project construction.
