天幕钢结构施工关键技术研究

摘要 钢结构因其轻质高强、环保美观,在大跨度空间结构中的应用变得日益广泛,但钢结构对施工技术要求较高。以上海市黄浦区太平洋新天地商业中心项目为例,结合钢结构施工的特点与难点,介绍了天幕钢结构施工技术,详细阐述了多点支撑分片吊装的总体施工技术路线、分批同步拉索张拉技术工艺,以及分批、分级的天幕卸载施工工艺等,形成了一系列天幕钢结构建造关键技术。该技术成功地应对了大跨度单层空间网壳结构的复杂性,确保了施工的顺利进行,可为类似工程提供参考。 Steel structures,owing to their lightweight,high strength,environmental friendliness,and aesthetic appeal,are increasingly employed in large-span spatial structures,necessitating advanced construction techniques.Taking the Pacific Xintiandi Commercial Center project in Shanghai's Huangpu District as an example,this study introduces the construction technology of sky curtain steel structures,addressing their characteristics and challenges.It elaborates on various key construction technologies,including the overall construction route of multi-point support segmental hoisting,batch synchronous cable tensioning technology,and batch and graded sky curtain unloading techniques,forming a comprehensive set of crucial techniques for constructing sky curtain steel structures.This technology effectively addresses the complexity of large-span single-layer spatial reticulated shell structures,ensuring smooth construction progress and offering insights for similar projects.
