低净空沉桩技术在城市更新施工实践中的应用研究

摘要 以上海张园城市更新项目为背景,针对历史保护建筑增设基础工程面临的施工空间受限、低扰动要求等难题,通过采用低净空钻孔灌注桩工艺,结合跳桩方法,实现了历史保护建筑改建施工过程中有限净空下的桩基增设,同时将对原历史保护建筑的影响降到了最低程度。工程应用结果表明,该技术具有零距离桩基施工、施工质量好、绿色环保等优点,在城市更新项目地下空间开发中具有广阔的应用前景。 Against the backdrop of the urban renewal project in Zhangyuan,Shanghai,the challenges of limited construction space and low disturbance requirements encountered in adding foundation works to historically protected buildings are addressed.By employing low-clearance drilled grouting pile technology in conjunction with the alternate bay construction method,the addition of pile foundations under constrained clearance during the reconstruction of historical protection buildings is achieved,while minimizing the impact on the original structures.Engineering application results demonstrate the technique's advantages of zero-distance pile foundation construction,high construction quality,and environmental sustainability,indicating broad prospects for its application in underground space development in urban renewal projects.
