预制混凝土构件在基坑围护墙中的应用研究

摘要 近年来,预制构件以其成品质量高、施工高效和性价比高等特点,越来越多地被应用于基坑围护墙中。以高水位软土地区基坑工程为例,对绿色高效的预制混凝土构件的应用进行了研究,总结了预制混凝土构件围护墙在设计、施工与工程应用中的技术要点和实践经验,并针对预制混凝土构件的特点,提出设计和施工中的主要影响和控制因素,对工程实践中的主要适用情况和选型比较进行了分析。应用结果显示,在基坑工程中推广预制混凝土构件,可以减少泥浆排放量、提高现场文明施工水平,通过预应力钢筋的使用,减少了含钢量,充分发挥预应力钢筋强度高的优势,为基坑围护墙提供更多的选择。 In recent years,the use of prefabricated components has become increasingly prevalent for foundation pit retaining walls due to their high quality,high construction efficiency,and high cost performance.Taking the foundation pit engineering in high water level soft soil areas as an example,the application of green and efficient precast concrete members is studied.The technical points and practical experience of precast concrete member retaining walls in design,construction,and engineering application are summarized.According to the characteristics of precast concrete members,the main influence and control factors in design and construction are put forward,and the main applicable conditions and selection comparisons in engineering practice are analyzed.The application results show that the promotion of prefabricated concrete components in foundation pit engineering can reduce mud discharge and improve the level of civilized construction on site.Moreover,through the use of prestressed reinforcement,the steel content is reduced,and the advantages of high strength of prestressed reinforcement are fully utilized to provide more choices for the retaining wall of foundation pits.
