摘要
随着城市的发展,软土地区的超深基坑工程日益增多,地下承压水的风险控制至关重要。随着结构的回筑完成,地下承压水的压力仅由结构自身抵抗,而混凝土结构本身易产生裂缝的缺点会导致底板出现渗水。为了解决这一难题,依托硬X射线项目超40m深基坑地下室底板疏水施工实例,通过对超深基坑地下结构渗漏水的原因分析,提出设置疏水层结合排水系统来解决地下结构渗水的方法,最终选用多孔砖和疏水板应用于地下室结构底板中。通过效果比对,两者作为疏水层均取得了良好效果,均未出现渗漏水情况,但疏水板材料具有较高的经济性,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
As urban development progresses,the frequency of ultra-deep foundation pit projects in soft soil areas increases,necessitating crucial risk management of underground water pressure.Once underground structure construction is complete,the pressure from confined water is resisted solely by the structure itself,which is prone to developing cracks that can lead to seepage in the basement slab.Drawing on an example from the hydrophobic construction of a basement slab in a foundation pit exceeding 40 meters deep for the Hard X-ray project,this study analyzes the causes of water leakage in ultra-deep foundation pit underground structures.A technique involving the placement of a drainage layer combined with a drainage system to address water seepage is proposed.Porous bricks and hydrophobic plates were selected for implementation in the basement slab.Comparative results demonstrate that both materials,used as hydrophobic layers,effectively prevent leakage without any occurrence of seepage.Hydrophobic plates are particularly noted for their cost-effectiveness,providing valuable insights for similar projects.
