摘要
2019年新冠疫情全球大爆发后,高等级生物安全实验室为保障国家安全做出重要技术支撑,而当前规范对于高等级生物安全实验室的气密性有着严格要求。在该背景下,介绍了建设高等级生物安全实验室普遍采用的不锈钢围护结构和彩钢板围护结构的施工工艺及管线穿墙工艺,并结合材料性能、施工难度分析了2种围护结构的优缺点,可为实验室的建设提供参考。
After the global outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019,high-grade biosafety laboratories have provided essential technical support for national security.Current standards impose strict requirements on the air tightness of high-level biosafety laboratories.In this context,the construction techniques for stainless steel enclosure structures and color steel plate enclosure structures,which are commonly used in the construction of high-grade biosafety laboratories,as well as pipeline wall-penetration techniques,are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of these two types of enclosure structures are analyzed in terms of their material performance and construction difficulty,offering valuable references for laboratory construction.
